The Council of Ministries (COM) is comprised of the leaders of each church ministry. The Council of Ministries determines the nature and work of Christian education at Israel Baptist Church, coordinates an annual conference to train and nurture leaders, manages the church’s calendar of events, and supports the activities of each ministry. We ensure that the work of each ministry is properly aligned with the church’s mission.
