Special Gifts & Pledges

The purpose of the Special Gifts and Pledges Ministry is to raise significant funds to support the church’s mission and maintain the church for continued service to members and the community. IBC has unique opportunities for you and your family to be a part of permanent legacy/memorials recognizing your gift/ generous donation or pledge. The IBC Memorial Tree and The IBC Memorial Garden are two wonderful ways to memorialize your contribution for a lifetime!

  • The IBC Memorial Tree – Beautiful engraved leaves or stones permanently installed on a Memorial Tree in the lobby of the church. Contact: Rose Shaw or Linda Bostick for more information.  
  • The IBC Memorial Garden – High quality bricks engraved and placed permanently in a custom built design on the grounds of the church. Contact Deaconess Carlestine Smith or the church office for more information.

Baptism
Baptism is held on the First Sunday in the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November.

Holy Communion
Communion is held each First Sunday at 10:45AM
