Stewardship Training and Evangelism Ministry (STEM) exists to provide a nurturing environment where members are not only aware of their responsibility of being good Stewards, but embody the nature of good stewards, thereby increasing member participation in all aspects of Israel Baptist Church. STEM is headed by a STEM Coordinator and is organized into twelve disciple groups based on birthday months. Each group has a leader and co-leader consisting of a Deacon, Deaconess, and/or a Missionary. It is through these nurturing groups that members learn about and practice good stewardship while developing lifelong Christian friendships.
